What Is the Disney Disability Access Pass

The Disability Access Service (DAS) pass is a Disney World accommodation that helps guests with disabilities or cognitive conditions manage wait times. Instead of standing in a regular line, the pass provides a scheduled return time based on the current wait for a specific attraction.

Eligibility and How to Request the Pass

Guests with visible or non-visible disabilities may qualify. You can request the DAS pass at Guest Services in the park or through the Disney World Disability Access Service page. Cast members will discuss your condition and determine the best accommodation.

Using the Pass and Other Accessibility Options

When you receive a return time, you can enjoy other attractions or experiences and return later with a shorter wait. The DAS pass is non-transferable and tied to the individual guest. For additional support, Disney also offers wheelchair rental, ECVs, and other services through the official Disney Accessibility page.
