Does Cassie Die in Skins
Cassie does not die in the original UK series of Skins. She appears in the first two generations and remains alive through the main storylines.
Cassie's Fate and Storyline
Throughout Skins, Cassie struggles with an eating disorder, self-harm, and complicated relationships. The show focuses on her mental health journey and recovery rather than a fatal outcome.
In later episodes, Cassie moves to London, continues therapy, and rebuilds her life. Her arc ends with hope and stability, not death.
