How Scratch Card Winners Are Determined
Scratch card winners are determined by a random number generator or pre-printed codes under a latex coating. Each card has a fixed set of outcomes, and winning combinations are assigned before sale. Retailers and lottery agencies do not influence results.
Common Prize Tiers and Odds
Most games offer several prize tiers, from small instant rewards to top jackpots. Odds vary by game design and total cards printed. Information on specific odds and prize breakdowns is often published by the issuing lottery or gaming authority.
How to Claim a Scratch Card Prize
Winners usually claim small prizes at authorized retailers and larger prizes at lottery offices or online portals. You will need the original card, valid ID, and sometimes a claim form. Always check the expiration date printed on the ticket.
