When Is Halloween 2025
Halloween 2025 falls on Tuesday, October 31, 2025. The holiday is always observed on October 31 each year, regardless of the day of the week. In 2025, it is the last major holiday of October and sits just before the start of November.
Why the Date Never Changes
The date is fixed by tradition and calendar rules. Halloween is the evening before All Saints Day, which is November 1. Because the Gregorian calendar places October 31 before November 1, the date remains the same every year.
How Halloween Fits Into the 2025 Calendar
In 2025, October 31 is a Tuesday, making it a standard workday in many countries. For planning purposes, Halloween 2025 is followed by a long weekend in some regions, as November 1 is a public holiday in several places. You can check official government calendars for local observances.
