Who Won Survivor
The winner of Survivor is the contestant who receives the most votes from the jury at the Final Tribal Council. The winner is crowned at the live reunion episode and awarded the series prize.
What the Winner Receives
The winner typically receives a one million dollar prize, while finalists who do not win often receive smaller amounts based on their final placement. Additional rewards may include a car or other sponsor prizes during the season.
How Survivor Winners Are Chosen
Survivor winners are chosen by a jury of previously eliminated contestants who interview the finalists and vote on who played the best game. The process is documented in the reunion show, and detailed voting records are available through official CBS sources CBS Survivor.
